The technical scheme includes that the automatic covering and uncovering device comprises a platform frame, a fixing hayrack, a hydraulic cylinder, two front hayrack structures and two rear hayrack structures, the platform frame is a steelwork door-shaped frame, the fixing hayrack is arranged above a crossbeam of the platform frame, the rear end of the fixing hayrack is connected with the platform frame through a rotary shaft and a bearing block, a cylinder base and a push rod of the hydraulic cylinder are connected with the fixing hayrack and the crossbeam of the platform frame respectively, and the front hayrack structures and the rear hayrack structures are mounted on the front portion and the rear portion of the lower surface of the fixing hayrack respectively. Spatial height of hinged points on ladle covers is decreased, and the integral height of the ladle covers can be decreased to be lower than 420mm. The automatic covering and uncovering device is simple in structure, convenient to maintain and small in occupation space, requirement that the ladles with covers can penetrate steelmaking equipment or small-structure plant rooms is met, and production efficiency is improved. |
