The utility model discloses a locking washer structure which can be matched with a locking nut or a locking bolt. The structure comprises a torus, wherein a plurality of sharp filler rods which are radially arranged are formed on the bottom surface of the torus; a hexagonal body is arranged at the center of the torus; a continuous wedge surface is arranged on the top surface of the hexagonal body; a center hole penetrates through centers of the torus and the hexagonal body; the center hole is in a taper hole shape and comprises a limiting section and an annular taper section; after the limiting section is at a proper distance from the very bottom of the continuous wedge surface, an inclined push angle is outward beveled out, so as to form the annular taper section. The locking washer structure reduces production cost, the torus enhances the locking effect, and the appearance of the hexagonal body can provide a position for dismounting the locking washer structure through a general tool.
