The two promoting blades are arranged on the rotating shaft in a sleeved-staggered mode through linkage rings respectively. By improving back wake flow of the propeller, wake rotational flow and cross flow are avoided, energy loss is lowered, propelling efficiency is improved, compared with a traditional propeller, the propeller does not generate wake rotational flow, energy loss is low, propelling is high, and under the current general background of energy conservation and emission reduction, the promoting propeller has great practical using prospect.
