Disclosed is a cable forming internal conductor tractor. The tractor comprises a frame, a motor, and two parallel traction wheels. A fixing plate is disposed on the frame between the two parallel traction wheels. One end of the fixing plate is connected to one end of a flexible plate through a torsion spring. The free end of the flexible plate and the fixing plate that the free end of the flexible plate faces are provided with semicircular grooves. The semicircular grooves are attached to a woolen pad or a cotton pad. The two semicircular grooves are pasted together to form a circular through hole under the effects of the torsion spring. The axis of the circular through hole shares the same line as the upper tangent line of the two parallel traction wheels. The cable forming internal conductor tractor is simple in structure. An internal conductor firstly winds the front traction wheel for one circle, and then passes through the circular through hole formed by the two semicircular grooves. The woolen pad or the cotton pad is used for removing dust on the internal conductor. Then, the inner conductor winds the upper traction wheel for one circle, and enters a forming machine through a mold hole of a mold. The woolen pad or the cotton pad can fully remove the dust on the internal conductor, be conveniently replaced, and ensure normal production.
