The reverse circulation valve in which the ball can be thrown is composed of a valve body and a sealing sleeve, wherein a first tube and a second tube are connected to form the valve body, the two ends of the valve body are provided with a first connector and a second connector respectively, an annular space is formed between the first tube and the second tube, and a first through hole communicated with the annular space is formed in the radial direction of the tube wall of the second tube; the sealing sleeve is arranged in the valve body, one end of the sealing sleeve is inserted into the annular space, the annular space is sealed by the sealing sleeve to form a cavity, the sealing sleeve and the second tube are fixed through a shearing pin, the sealing sleeve and the first tube as well as the sealing sleeve and the second tube are sealed in a sliding mode, a first clamping groove is formed in the outer wall of the sealing sleeve, an opening clamping ring is arranged in the first clamping groove, a second clamping groove is formed in the inner wall of the second tube, an annular protrusion is formed on the inner wall of the sealing sleeve, and the annular protrusion forms a seat sealing face matched with a seat sealing ball; after the seat sealing ball is thrown in the reverse circulation valve and internal pressure is kept or external pressure is applied till the shearing pin is cut through, the sealing sleeve moves till a circulation channel is open, and the opening clamping ring acts on the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove at the same time.
