A sheath cable-pressing wheel is disclosed. According to the sheath line-pressing wheel, a rack with a main traction wheel is provided with a support. The support is provided with a driving wheel and a driven wheel. The wheel face of the driving wheel is contacted with the wheel face of the driven wheel. The driven wheel is connected with a regulating handle. The regulating handle rotates to make the driven wheel depart or compress the driving wheel. Front and rear ends of the driving wheel and the driven wheel are both provided with a guide wheel, the axis of which is vertical to the axis of the driving wheel. The main traction wheel and the driving wheel are connected with an output end of a motor through a belt. As the sheath cable-pressing wheel is installed between the main traction wheel and a finished-product I-shaped wheel, a cable sheath passes through the main traction wheel and enters between the driving wheel and the driven wheel under the action of the guide wheel, and then the I-shaped wheel is connected into the system. As the main traction wheel and the driving wheel share the same belt, linear velocity of the main traction wheel is consistent with that of the driving wheel. Then, sheath extrusion speed is completely consistent, and plastic extrusion amount is uniform. Meanwhile, cable take-up speed is synchronized with traction speed of the main traction wheel. Inferior-quality products and wastes are avoided during cable production process, and yield is greatly raised.
