Summary: | The utility model relates to an engine low-temperature and repeated starting protection system of an electric wheel mining dump truck, and belongs to the field of intelligent control of mining dump trucks. The engine low-temperature and repeated starting protection system comprises an ECM, an engine oil temperature sensor is installed on an engine body, and the engine oil temperature sensor is connected with the ECM through a wire. The engine low-temperature and repeated starting protection system further comprises a first relay and a second relay which are installed in a cab, the input end of the first relay is connected with the output end of the ECM, the input end of the second relay is connected with the output end of the first relay, and the output end of the second relay is connected with an engine starting system. According to the engine low-temperature and repeated starting protection system, the engine oil temperature sensor is used for detecting the current engine oil temperature value, and when the engine oil temperature value reaches a specified value, an engine is started. In the starting process of the engine, the rotation speed of the engine is detected through a rotation speed sensor arranged on the engine itself. When the rotation speed is higher than a set value, the corresponding relay cuts off a starting signal of a key switch, and damage, caused by repeated starting, to a starting motor and the engine is effectively prevented. |
