The utility model relates to a cutter head component of a grinder. The cutter head component comprises a disc-shaped cutter head body, a long blade and at least two agitator-type blade rests in radial arrangement. The agitator-type blade rests are welded and fixed to the cutter head body. Changeable multi-edge blades are arranged at the heads of the agitator-type blade rests. The long blade is fixedly connected with the agitator-type blade rests along the diameter of the cutter head body and is integrally fixed to the agitator-type blade rests through nonmetallic fixing pins. Adjustable trapezoidal blades are arranged on bosses which are formed at the edge of the cutter head body. A key slot is formed in an axial hole in the center of the cutter blade body. Since the cutter head component is of the structure that the long blade is fixed and the multi-edge blades are detachable, and the long blade, the trapezoidal blades and the multi-edge blades cut branches from different directions, the branches are cut into chips uniformly without twisting or blocking or the like.
