The spreader for the dry-to-eat instant noodles is arranged at an inlet of a packaging machine and comprises a blanking plate and a scraping plate which can be glidingly arranged on the blanking plate and is used for scraping fixed soup bases on the blanking plate. According to the spreader, the scraping plate used for scraping is arranged on the blanking plate, so that the fixed soup bases can smoothly pass the blanking plate, and the blocking problem of blanking holes in the blanking plate due to caking of the fixed soup bases is effectively prevented; and meanwhile, the spreader further comprises an instant noodle cake monitoring device and a control device, accordingly, the scraping plate is controlled to perform scraping when the cake is located below the blanking plate, the fixed soup bases accurately fall on the cake, and waste of raw materials is avoided.
