A column seepage-proof drainage structure of a high-level water collecting cooling tower comprises a column, flow guide plates and a combined side face waterproof cover, the flow guide plates are obliquely arranged on the periphery of the column, the upper end of the combined side face waterproof cover is fixed to the periphery of the column in a sealed mode, the lower end of the combined side face waterproof cover is connected with the flow guide plates in a sealed mode, the butt-joint edges of panels on two adjacent sides in the combined side face waterproof cover are connected in a sealed mode, and a reliable sealing structure can be formed between the column and the flow guide plates. Water can be prevented from flowing down from the column, loss of cooling water can be prevented, the circulating utilization rate of the cooling water is improved, pollution of seepage water to environment is eliminated, seepage damage of water to the column is reduced and the service life of the cooling tower is prolonged.
