The utility model relates to the field of tools for gynecologic examination, in particular to a multifunctional vaginal dilator. The multifunctional vaginal dilator comprises a first dilation piece a first handle, a second dilation piece and a second handle, wherein the first dilation piece and the first handle are connected through an L-shaped connecting tube; the second dilation piece and the second handle are connected through an L-shaped connecting tube; the two parts are connected at the joint of the connecting tubes and the handles through a connecting shaft to form a shear-shaped hinge joint. The middle of the first handle is connected with one end of a locking plate through a rotating shaft; at least two through holes are formed in the locking plate; the middle of the second handle is provided with a fixing rod which is matched with one through hole and is used for being inserted into the through hole of the locking plate and locking the dilator. The two dilation pieces are of frame structures enclosed by hollow rods; the insides of the hollow rods on four sides of each dilation piece are communicated and are communicated with the corresponding connecting tube; each dilation piece is provided with at least one opening; the two connecting tubes, close to the tail ends of the handles, are provided with negative pressure drainage tubes connected with negative pressure aspirators. The multifunctional vaginal dilator is simple in structure and convenient to use, can fully reveal the interior of a vagina, can simultaneously remove fluid in the vagina and flush the vagina and has a lighting function.
