The red date cleaning and picking machine comprises traveling wheels, a frame, a case, an air inlet pipeline, a suction pipe, a fan, a gasoline engine and a pushing handle. The case is integrally partitioned into an air separation case, a fruit case and a waste case by a partition board and a bottom board of the air separation case, the air separation case is positioned on the upper portion of the case, the fruit case is positioned on one side, close to the air inlet pipeline, of the lower portion of the air separation case, and the waste case is positioned on one side, close to the fan, of the lower portion of the air separation case; the front end of the air separation case is connected with the air inlet pipeline, a suction pipe connector is connected to a position, close to the air inlet pipeline, of the top of the air separation case, and the bottom board of the air separation case is provided with a date leakage hole; the upper portion of the partition board tilts towards one side of the fan to form a 50-degree angle with the level, and a narrow gap is formed between the top of the partition board and the top of the air separation case. The red date is picked according to the negative pressure principle; the red date and impurities are separated and collected respectively according to the principle that the red date and the impurities are different in density and different in wind-blown motion track.
