Furthermore, a 0.4 kV switch is used for being communicated with a 0.4 kV busbar, a plurality of outgoing wires arranged below the 0.4 kV busbar are respectively provided with an outgoing wire switch, and a set of 0.4 kV capacitors are connected to the 0.4 kV busbar through a capacitor switch.
