The frame body is of an angle steel structure and provided with long holes, pipe clamp bolts are fixed at any positions of the long holes, the cross beam is cylindrical, the left portion and the right portion of the cross beam are fixed through the pipe clamps, and the P-type scraper is mounted on the cross beam.
