The utility model discloses a multi-cascade piping at least consisting of two connected liquid holding pipes through connecting. The multi-cascade piping is characterized in that the liquid holding pipes comprise at least one first liquid holding pipe and at least one second liquid holding pipe, wherein the volume of the first liquid holding pipe is 5-10mL, and the volume of the second liquid holding pipe is 3-5mL; the first liquid holding pipe is consistent with the second liquid holding pipe on the width direction of the multi-cascade piping, and the depth of the first liquid holding pipe is smaller than or equal to that of the second liquid holding pipe. When a sample needs to be treated by virtue of first liquid (held in the first liquid holding pipe) with a large volume and second liquid (held in the second liquid holding pipe) with a small volume respectively, the uniform mixing of the first liquid with the large volume, the sample and a magnetic bead can be ensured, the dosage of the sample can be effe
