The filtering plate assembly comprises a middle filter plate and a rear baffle. The middle filter plate is detachably fixed into the garbage can, and the rear baffle is pivotally arranged at the rear end of the middle filter plate and is located behind the liquid garbage accommodating chamber. The utility model further provides a kitchen garbage trolley with the kitchen garbage trolley box. The problems that a filter plate assembly of an existing kitchen garbage trolley box cannot be disassembled as required, the lower liquid garbage accommodating chamber is inconvenient to maintain and clean, and lower liquid garbage is single in discharging manner and low in speed are solved.
