According to the novel plant water culturing device, a non-transparent plastic film is designed on a liner of a water culturing bucket so as to block transmitting light of bucket walls, one to two layers of small foamed plastic round balls float on the nutrient solution so that the transmitting light of a supporting cover can be blocked, the structure can effectively prevent sunshine from entering the nutrient solution, and damage from the aquatic algae can be avoided.
