An output shaft of the stepping motor is fixedly provided with a driving cam in a locking mode. A double-sliding-block sliding rail is horizontally fixed to the lower end of the motor fixing plate. A main follower plate is fixed to double sliding blocks of the double-sliding-block sliding rail. A follower through groove is formed in the upper end of the main follower plate. The portions, located on the left and the right of the follower through groove, of the main follower plate are respectively and fixedly provided with two cam bearings. The driving cam bearing is embedded into the follower through groove and is in clearance fit with the follower through groove. The portio
