Provided is a novel remaining air utilization system of a cement clinker production line. A machine head of a grate cooler is communicated with the tail portion of a rotary kiln, a machine tail of the grate cooler is connected with an electric dust collector through an electric dust collecting air pipe, a first grate section and a second grate section are continuously arranged in the grate cooler, a wind blocking wall is arranged between the first grate section and the second grate section, an air channel is arranged between the wind blocking wall and a grate of the grate cooler, two sides of the wind blocking wall are respectively provided with a settling chamber I and a settling chamber II, an air outlet I of the settling chamber I is connected with an AQC boiler through an AQC furnace air pipe, and a coal mill is respectively connected with an air outlet II of the settling chamber I and an air outlet of the settling chamber II through coal mill drying air pipes.
