Summary: | The utility model discloses a miniature dynamic osmotic water pressure sensor which comprises a housing, a cup-shaped substrate, a stainless steel rear cover, a permeable stone layer and a signal modulation amplification module. The inner wall of the cup-shaped substrate is provided with a stepped surface, and the permeable stone layer is installed on the stepped surface of the cup-shaped substrate. The cup-shaped substrate is embedded into a front accommodating cavity and is installed on a stepped annular surface. The stainless steel rear cover is installed on the same end of the rear accommodating cavity of the housing. A silicon nitride film covers the inner surface of the cup-shaped substrate. The surface, facing opposite to the permeable stone layer, of the cup-shaped substrate is provided with a pressure sensitive assembly.
