A light condensation and heat dissipation type LED lamp comprises an LED light source device and a lampshade. The LED light source device is composed of an LED chip, an LED base, a heat conduction pillar, an aluminum substrate, silicone and a heat dissipation plate. The lampshade is composed of cooling fins, a conical side face lens and a conical front face lens. The light condensation and heat dissipation type LED lamp has the advantages that the heat dissipation problems are considered not only in the respect of the structure and the material of a base of the LED lamp but also in the respect of the lenses, through arrangement of the conical front face lens and the conical side face lens, refracted light cannot return to the chip or the base, and thus the pressure of temperature rise of the chip and the base can be reduced; the heat dissipation area is enlarged, refracted light generated by the lenses cannot return to the chip and the base through light condensation, and thus the heat dissipation effect is i
