A filtering circuit is electrically connected to the rectifying circuit. A switch power supply chip is electrically connected to the filtering circuit to control the voltage needed by output. A feedback regulation circuit is electrically connected to the switch power supply chip to provide feedback circuit comparison voltage to the switch power supply chip. A flow current loop is electrically connected to the switch power supply chip. An output circuit is connected to the flow current loop.
