Summary: | A novel laminar plasma generator cathode structure mainly comprises a cathode cover and a cathode body. The cathode cover is made of red copper material, which can reduce the influence of an electromagnetic field on a cathode arc root and improve the stability of an arc. Meanwhile, the central axis processed on the inner wall of the cathode cover and an inner hole bus of the cathode cover form an air inlet hole of a certain angle, which can give a tangential component velocity to working gas entering an arc column area, thereby enabling an anode arc root to rotate on an anode and prolonging the service life of the anode. The cathode body can be made of tungsten or graphite with a high melting point so that loss of the cathode body can be reduced. The novel laminar plasma generator cathode structure is mainly applied to laminar plasma generators and can stabilize an arc and prolong the service life of the cathode body and the anode, thereby improving the use performance of laminar plasma generators. |
