Summary: | The utility model discloses an inverter module with low line inductance. The inverter module with low line inductance comprises a support, a U-shaped composite busbar fixed on the support, a plurality of straightly-arranged filter capacitors installed on one side face of the U-shaped composite busbar, clamp diodes and insulated gate bipolar translators (IGBTs), wherein IGBT driving boxes used for driving the IGBTs are installed on another side face of the U-shaped composite busbar, and IGBT driving plates which are connected with the IGBTs and have the same number as the IGBTs are installed in the IGBTs driving boxes. With reasonable arrangement of components of an inversion assembly, the area encircled by a conversion current loop generated by the components is reduced at the utmost, the line inductance is thus lowered, and system safety is greatly enhanced without raising costs. |
