A wear resistant block is disposed on the clamping part. The compressing plate is provided with a hinge pin which is provided with a threaded hole and is in threaded connection with a locking pull rod. The wear resistant block is fixed onto the compressing plate through a spring washer and a screw. The upper locating block is installed on the upper shell through screws and the lower locating block is installed on the lower shell through screws.
