Summary:The utility model discloses an electric boosting device with side-inserting electrodes of a double-arch melting furnace. The electric boosting device with the side-inserting electrodes comprises the electrodes, a transformer and a control cabinet, wherein the electrodes are horizontally inserted from the two sides of a tank furnace, and the control cabinet is used for the constant-current control of the electrodes through the transformer. The structure of a conventional double-arch furnace enables the melting temperature of the melting furnace to be low and has the disadvantages of low melting rate and low glass quality. The electric boosting device with the side-inserting electrodes is simple in structure, low in cost and simple to install; and due to the adoption of the electric boosting device, the temperature of molten glass in a tank is high, and the glass quality is high.
