The utility discloses a multifunctional ground wire flying vehicle which comprises a safety backrest, a vertically arranged supporting rod and a beam. The upper end of the supporting rod is fixed at the middle part of the beam, and the lower end of the supporting rod is connected with a horizontally arranged flying vehicle seat. A pull rod is sleeved in the supporting rod. The top end of the pull rod is clamped with the lower end of the supporting rod, and the lower end of the pull rod is connected with a horizontally arranged pedal rod which is parallel to the beam. Left and right ends of the beam are connected with a pulley bracket which is internally provided with two pulleys. The rotating shafts of the two pulleys are parallel to each other. The beam is coaxially sleeved with a backrest rotating shaft which is in coaxial rotation connection with the beam. One end of the safety backrest is fixedly connected with one end of the backrest rotating shaft, and the other end of the safety backrest is detachably
