A cold and warm water machine capable of providing sanitary hot water is composed of a lithium bromide absorption unit and comprises a high temperature generator and a sanitary hot water refrigerant condensation pipeline connected with a sanitary hot water heat exchanger, wherein a sanitary hot water refrigerant condensation control valve is arranged on the sanitary hot water refrigerant condensation pipeline. The cold and warm water machine further comprises a low temperature generator, a solution pump and an absorber, wherein a first switching valve is arranged on the sanitary hot water refrigerant condensation pipeline between the sanitary hot water refrigerant condensation control valve and the high temperature generator; a refrigerant condensate water pipeline communicated with a refrigerant condensation outlet pipeline of the low temperature generator is arranged on the sanitary hot water refrigerant condensation pipeline between the sanitary hot water refrigerant condensation control valve and the firs
