The air flow direction serves as the forward direction, and a fresh air inlet is formed in an air channel in front of the first heat exchanger. A fresh air capacity control valve is arranged on the fresh air inlet, and an air channel in front of the fresh air inlet is provided with a second heat exchanger. The second heat exchanger is connected with an air inlet pipe for outdoor air to be led in and an air outlet pipe for exhausting air to the outdoor environment.
