A 08-32 type tamping wagon operating control system is characterized by comprising a rail measuring instrument, a distance measuring wheel sensor, a data control box and an industrial control computer, wherein the data control box is used for collecting the pulse signals of the distance measuring wheel sensor and converting the pulse signals to line mileage signals, the industrial control computer is arranged in a tamping wagon control room and used for controlling a tamping wagon to carry out track lifting and lining operations, the industrial control computer is connected with the data control box and is provided with a USB interface used for being connected with the mobile storage equipment of the rail measuring instrument and receiving deviation data stored in the storage equipment in the rail measuring instrument, and the tamping wagon is controlled by the industrial control computer to carry out the track lifting and lining operations.
