A natural gas hydrate synthetizing and decomposing integrated device comprises a natural gas buffer tank, a natural gas compressor, a synthesizer-decomposer, a water and additive storage tank, a water pump and a cold and hot medium supply system, wherein the natural gas buffer tank is connected with an air inlet of the natural gas compressor; an air outlet of the natural gas compressor is communicated with an air inlet in the bottom of the synthesizer-decomposer; a liquid outlet in the bottom of the synthesizer-decomposer is communicated with the water and additive storage tank; the water and additive storage tank is communicated with a liquid inlet in the top of the synthesizer-decomposer through the water pump; an air outlet in the top of the synthesizer-decomposer is communicated with the natural gas buffer tank.
