The annular oil distributor is technically characterized in that an oil distributing ring (7) is communicated with a sealing ring (2) by a connecting tube (10); the sealing ring (2) is installed and connected at the front end of the oil inlet tube (6) by a bolt (4). The annular oil distributor is installed in the reactor by a special-purpose tool to realize uniformly distributing oils on filler. The annular oil distributor has the advantages of reducing uncertain factors in a test process due to uneven oil distribution, and improving reliability, stability and authenticity of the test data.
