The height of the adjusting plate can be adjusted only by rotating the part to cut food with different thicknesses (1.0mm to 4.0mm). When the toothed knife is turned out, food can be cut into bar shape. After the use, the tooth-adjustable?knife can be rotated to enable the adjusting plate to be higher than the flat knife level for safe storage.
