When the circuit is started, input power passes through a tap of a primary first coil of the transformer, and then passes through the second diode, and charges the first capacitor by the internal voltage stabilized power supply in the LED control chip. When voltage of the first capacitor reaches a normal voltage value, the LED control chip is driven to start operation.
