The robot is mainly used for teaching, accompany, entertainment and monitor for children and is applied as a private teacher and housekeeper. Kinect integration is employed for image depth and color information, object detecting and tracking are realized, control on a mechanical arm is realized through control on rotation of a steering engine, a smog sensor and a gas sensor are employed for safety monitor of the indoor environment, and once abnormity happens, a short message is sent to a master through the GSM
