The cleaning keeping device is characterized in that an annular exhaust sieve is arranged at the inner cavity of the pedestal; an annular groove is arranged at the outer surface of the exhaust sieve; exhaust holes are arranged regularly in the grooves; and the groove of the exhaust sieve is communicated with the air suction nozzle of the pedestal. Bosses arranged at two sides of the groove are sealed with the inner cavity of the pedestal. The provided cleaning keeping device has the following beneficial effects: the structure of the device is simple, thereby substantially lowering the manufacturing cost; and the load of the lens is reduced.
