The utility model discloses a three-speed magnetic fan clutch of an automobile. A drive disc is mainly and fixedly connected at the outer end of a transmission shaft. Permanent magnet transmission discs are connected in holes of the drive disc. A plurality of permanent magnets are distributed and connected on the inner end face of each permanent magnet transmission disc at intervals. The end faces of the permanent magnets correspond to the inner end faces of the holes of the drive disc in a gap mode. A flexible magnet is fixedly connected in the inner end face of the corresponding drive disc hole. The outer end faces of the permanent magnet transmission discs are elastically connected with the inner end faces of inner attracting discs. The outer end faces of the holes of the drive disc are elastically connected with the inner end faces of outer attracting discs. The outer end faces of the inner attracting discs and the outer attracting discs correspond to the inner end face of a fan fixing disc respectively.
