The circuit monitoring terminal comprises a microprocessor, a liquid crystal display screen, an external communication port and a network communication port. The external communication port is used for receiving data sent by an electronic instrument transformer installed on a power cable; the data is processed by the microprocessor and then sent to the network communication port; the network communication port is connected with a remote data center to perform data exchange; and the liquid crystal display screen is used for displaying data information. The circuit monitoring terminal is properly designed, and is cooperated with the electronic instrument transformer installed on the power cable and a far-end data center, so an anti-electricity stealing function is achieved, and economic losses of a country is prevented; and the circuit monitoring terminal is capable of quickly detecting transfer efficiency o
