The tyre structure comprises a tyre body and a plurality of guide blocks, wherein the tyre body is a vehicle tyre; the guide blocks are combined on at one surface at the periphery of the tyre body in a front-rear serial arrangement way; the guide blocks are provided with at least one guide inclined surface on one surface in the tyre body ahead motion direction; an air-assisting groove is respectively formed between the guide inclined surface and the adjacent guide block, so that the tyre body can be used for increasing air guide flow, lowering air resistance and wind noises and generating travelling-aid force by the guide inclined surface of the guide blocks and the air-assisting groove under the ahead motion direction state; and moreover, the guide inclined surface of the guide blocks and the air-assisting groove can be used for generating boosting force for conveniently guiding and stabilizing the travelling at the lower half periphery position of the tyre body.
