A current monitoring device arranged on a main circuit for connecting illumination devices effectively determines the on or off of lines and lamps, and calculates electricity consumption of illumination devices. A parallelly connected optical coupler effectively determines the on or off and operation conditions of lines and lamps. Moreover, remote operation of a motion switch on the main circuit facilitates user management.
