The alarm monitoring device comprises a commercial power supply circuit and a UPS power supply circuit. One end of a R1 phase line and one end of a contactor magnetic core in the commercial power supply circuit are connected with two ends of a normally open contact switch respectively, and the other end of the contactor magnetic core is connected with a T1 line of the commercial power supply circuit. One end of a R2 phase line and one end of a sound-light alarm device in the UPS power supply circuit are connected with the two ends of a normally closed contact of a contactor respectively, and the other end of the sound-light alarm device is connected with a working zero line N2 of the UPS power supply circuit. The alarm monitoring device can effectively compensate for non-tripping condition in momentary interruption caused by time delay of a commercial power supply incoming switch and timely reflect mome
