An illuminating tube comprises a tube main body, an LED (Light-Emitting Diode) and a light-transmitting lampshade. The LED is installed on the tube main body; and the light-transmitting lampshade is arranged on the lamp tube to cover the LED, and is provided with a top surface part and two side arm parts. A first microstructure region and a second microstructure region are formed on one surface of the top surface part, which corresponds to the LED; the second micro-structure region is formed by extending two ends of the first micro-structure region, respectively; a third micro-structure region is formed on one surface of each side arm part, which corresponds to the LED; and the distribution density of the micro-structure of the second micro-structure region is not greater than that of the first micro-structure region, but not less than that of each third micro-structure region.
