The pair of health preserving shoes comprises soles and vamps, wherein two ends of each sole are warped upwards to enable the whole corresponding shoe body to be bent into a semiarc shape; fixing blocks are fixed in the middles at two ends of the bottom surface of each sole; rubber blocks are fixed in the middles of the bottom surfaces of the soles; and fixed rings, of which the shapes are matched with those of the fixed blocks, are fixed at two ends of each rubber block. The fixed blocks of one shoe can be fastened to the fixed rings of the other shoe to enable the pair of shoes to be in a spherical state.
