The two-speed automotive electromagnetic fan clutch is mainly characterized in that a circular soft magnetic disc is connected to the outer periphery of a suction end of a transmission disc through circular nonmagnetic members, and a plurality of permanent magnets in clearance fit are distributed and connected to the inner end face of the circular soft magnetic disc and the end face of a fan fixing disc.
