The pre-formed blanks are placed inside the final-forming die to form a peripheral flange and a central hole of a fan-shaped worm gear final-formed blank piece. Products forged through the forging die have the advantages of being high in density, standard, neat and attractive in appearance, free of flashing and burr, low in working allowance, material-saving and beneficial to machining.
