The bypass filter device comprises a bypass filter (1), wherein a water inlet (11) in the upper end of the bypass filter (1) is connected with a three-way backwash valve (4); the three-way backwash valve (4) is connected with a water inlet pipe (2) and a drainage pipe (5) respectively; a water outlet (12) of the bypass filter (1) is also connected with the water inlet pipe (2); and a pipeline by which the water outlet (12) is connected with the water inlet pipe (2) is provided with a butterfly valve (6). A water inlet pipeline is connected to the water inlet and the water outlet of the bypass filter respectively, and automatic cleaning of the bypass filter can be completed by controlling the opening and closing of the corresponding valve, so that the water treatment efficiency is improved, and the water treatment cost is reduced.
