The intelligent air-conditioning device of the electric car comprises an air-conditioning controller, a motor controller, a battery manager, a temperature sensor, an electric air compressor, a first electromagnetic valve, a second electromagnetic valve, a refrigerating device pipeline and a heating device pipeline. Electricity is supplied to the electric air compressor through a driving motor. The signal output end of the battery manager, the signal output end of the motor controller and the signal output end of the temperature sensor are respectively and electrically connected with the signal input end of the air-conditioning controller.
