The high-voltage diode comprises a plurality of glass passivated diode chips, an electrode lead wire, a polyimide coating and an epoxy resin packaging layer, wherein the glass passivated diode chips are connected in series, and series connection surfaces are welded with connection surfaces of the chips and the electrode lead wire; and the polyimide coating wraps positions from the diode chips to the electrode lead wire; and the polyimide coating is packaged with epoxy resin.
