The signal obtaining unit comprises a motor position sensor state signal obtaining component for obtaining a state signal of a motor position sensor, a clutch state signal obtaining component for obtaining a state signal of a clutch state signal obtaining component, a motor state signal obtaining component for obtaining a state signal of a motor, a processing unit and a motor controlling unit, wherein the processing unit is used for generating a control order through an operation module by using all state signals obtained by the signal obtaining unit as parameters and the motor controlling unit is used for controlling operation of the motor according to the control order. When the motor position sensor goes abnormal, the motor can be effectively controlled so that safe risks of traffic accidents due to rapid reduct
