The utility model discloses vacuum glass with a linear getter. The getter is arranged in a vacuum space of the vacuum glass and is encapsulated into the vacuum space when the vacuum glass is manufactured; a getter accommodating slot is formed in a glass plate on at least one side in the vacuum space; the getter is a linear getter; the accommodating slot is also linear; and the accommodating slot is close to a sealing edge of the vacuum glass. By the linear accommodating slot and the linear getter, the getter is close to the sealing edge; for an evaporation type getter, an evaporation film formed by activating the evaporation type getter and the sealing edge can be covered by a wrapping edge or a border; the transparency of the glass is not influenced; and the quality of the vacuum glass can be technically guaranteed.
